I wish Memphis could get one of the SEC tourneys. Beale Street is around the corner from both venues.

I would love to see a larger rotation with a stop here in Louisville at the Yum Center. There was talk for awhile about them making a bid for the SEC Tournament but Pitino threw a holy shite fit about it.

I think they are supposed to get it pretty soon.
ETA: These are a bit older but still proves that its on their mind to allow a Basketball & possibly a Baseball Championships to be held in Memphis.

Baseball tournament will likely never be held at Autozone park. I would love for it to be, but they have been hard-arses about it for years.

One of my buddies and his gf decided spur of the moment to drive from DC down to Nashville just for the Champ game.
