The team with the highest BA doesn't win it's the team that scores more runs. Who is the leader in run production? That's what matters.

What are you talking about? You're mixing team BA with individual run production, which is subjective anyway, hence the whole point behind the thread in asking which batter is best at producing runs in this sport we call baseball.
The best statistic that I know of to do this is gross production average, which is 0.25 * [(1.8 * OBP) + SLG], although there are others.
