I was never even summoned in Arkansas. I had barely gotten settled in, in Louisiana, when I got the letter. From then on, it seemed like they had a bullseye on me. I would expect to get something in the mail a week or two after the "no summons" time had expired.

I definitely think that once you are in the rotation, they keep picking you.
