Football vs Basketball: Where Will Your School Find Success?

Watching Mizzou vs Arky (Meth Bowl?) & it looks like Mizzou has one of the better SEC basketball atmospheres. Which made me think they should focus on building their Basketball program first before selling out to Football.
This lead me to doing a breakdown of SEC schools based on which sport teams are most likely to succeed in the new SEC Landscape with "success" being defined as NC title or NCAA tourney contenders
Football
Alabama
Auburn
Georgia
LSU
Ole Miss
Texas A&M
USCe
Basketball
Kentucky
Mizzou
Arkansas
Tennessee
Vanderbilt
Both
Florida
Niether
Mississippi State

Not picking on State but looking at the list, what realistic chance does State have to beat out all of those teams to reach a NC in either sport
Regarding Tennessee being a contender in both, when was the last time you beat Florida, Alabama, Georgia, and USCe in the same football season? Even Auburn beat Florida & USCe in 2011

I'll put Arkansas in the football one, MIss State in Football.

I also think the level of trolling being displayed by Arkansas and Mizzou tonight solidifies them as Basketball schools
Seriously, this is one of my better threads and it keeps getting knocked off the 1st page because of the Hillbilly Showdown

Sounds about right. I think Tennessee has "both" potential.

LSU will contend for the SEC next year if JOB comes back.

I think Tennessee is the only other SEC school with legit "both" potential but I don't know if the Football program will recover enough to reach it

Florida more obvious that Tenn.

Florida has actually won in both.
I'm not sold on Muschamp but he could Chizik his way into an NC and Donovan could win at least 1 more
