He wants his time soaking in the sun with his wife. In all honesty though. These coaches do need some time off for crying out loud. Not sure 4 weeks is the answer. I know they make a lot of money, but damn this recruiting and coaching is becoming a 24 hr/ 365 Day affair. Everyone deserves a break.

When I was a school bus driver, I would bring the kids to Starkville all the time. Every two or three months, in the afternoon, I would surprise the kids with a trip to Starkville and if we were lucky enough we would manage to not run out of fuel and get back at around 8:00PM.

I don't really have an opinion on the dead period. I do agree with Spurrier about the unlimited communication thing. That seems like a horrible idea.
