Agreed. I don't care how many five star receivers we get, Swope was a beat all four years he was here, and his experience will be sorely missed. We might have the the best receiving recruiting class in the nation, but I believe it will not be as good as last years simply because Ryan was such a special player.

You do realize that he wasn't even our leading receiver. Mike Evans, a redshirt freshman, led the team with 1105 yards to Swope's 913.

No one claims we won't miss him. The crop of receivers we are bringing in will, over time, make up for him.

However: Jeff Fuller owned almost every career receiving record we had at the end of 2011.

Mike Evans made us forget all about him in one season.
