I just don't understand how a police force decides to actively roll up and raid college students for pot. Like even setting aside the inherent insanity of drug laws and looking at it from a cost-benefit perspective, this has to be an incredibly inefficient use of resources.
Without reading the entire thread, if it was a bust that big, it sounds like somebody snitched.
