It's funny that this south/north argument comes strongest from Arky folks. If anything it should come from the deep south, not the mid. There is essentially no difference between the MO Ozarks and the state of Arkansas, same in so many ways, plus its a melting pot of people from both states.




True. I travel all through Arkansas on my way to Louisiana, No matter if it's down US 71, US 425, US 65, etc. I always tell when I'm in the deep south is when I get about 20mi from Little Rock...The accents start changing, demographics start changing, see more Pine Trees, etc. When I go down U.S. 71 it starts changing at around Mena heading to Texarkana...
