What does he need to so to keep his job this year? Or can we be a dumpster fire and he keep his job? I'm curious on everyone's opinion.

He needs to get to Omaha in the next two years IMO.

As long as he hosts a regional 2 out of very 3 years then he's safe. If he doesn't host this year he will be on the hot seat and Bjork will definitely look around. Fans care about Omaha, administration cares about hosting.

Close to .500 in sec play and he is safe without a doubt. It's hard to fire a coach for consistently keeping you in the top 25 even if he is not a good coach. I'm just not a fan of his
