I sure as hell hope not. It's terrible for the sport.

How is it terrible for the sport? Another win for UA is a notch in the belt for SEC pride.

It's not fun for rival fans, but i wouldn't say it's terrible for the sport.

The Bulls run wasn't terrible for the sport of Basketball. The Cowboys run of 3 in 4 in the 90's wasn't terrible for Football.

What would be terrible for the sport is if y'all ever won it, but fortunately we don't have to worry about that.

I don't agree at all. I think having a team go on a run like Alabama has been on is actually good for the sport to the casual fan.

Most college football fans are going to root for their team, win or lose, so they don't really count.

What really draws in new fans to a sport is a "Greatest". Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson, the Celtics, the Lakers, the Bulls, the Yankees, the Cowboys, and others I'm sure I've missed, were all wonderful for their sports because they became household names as the "Greatest". Some people will like them because they win, others will watch hoping to see them lose. Either way, the casual fan will sit down to watch when they think possibly the greatest team/player/fighter is on.
