Arrested for public intox or minor in possession last summer and allegedly slurred some kids at McDonalds as well.

That makes the rumors somewhat more believable, but also makes it easy for someone to embellish a disagreement that he is involved with and make the embellishment believable.

I think it more fair to give anyone accused of slinging racial slurs some benefit of the doubt until there is first hand information by someone willing to put their name behind it.
