I ran 3 miles this morning after I woke up at 3:30am. Yes, ran.
Still had to go to work lifting wood all day..
People keep asking what I'm doing because they're noticing, and I tell them. Then they ask me how I'm still making it to work.. lol.
I just figured I'd take a look at them, I've seen the commercials but I'm curious about the diet more than anything.

P90X and Insanity aren't fun. Just saying. I much prefer my current workout program, and I am seeing similar results without feeling like I just got drug behind a truck for 10 miles every morning.
What workout are you on?

I liked that part of it, and the stage 2 diet is basically what I am doing now. You start out eating pretty much nothing but meat and vegetables with some complex carbs, good fats, and dairy thrown in. Then you gradually replace meat with more complex carbs as you burn through your fat reserves. Basically, just cut out a lot of white food. White rice, white bread, potatoes, sugar, flour, etc.

3 days on 1 day off broken down into chest/triceps/abs, back/biceps, shoulders/legs/abs with two 30-40 minute LI cardio sessions on lifting days.

Meh, what if I don't eat a lot of red meat in general?
Like in a weeks time, I'll have a steak and usually half pound of ground turkey. That's usually on Friday Night / Saturday night.
Usually make ground turkey either into burger size patties or sausage size with flatbread if even that.
During week I eat mostly Fruit, Vegetables, Yogurt, Chicken, Pasta, and Granola with Yogurt for Breakfast.

Oh, okay. I didn't know if you were on an actual workout plan or not. I have never been on one, but just needed a change so I picked up one on another site for a cutting phase.
