Don't let this get out, but we do have some foreign grantor trusts set up in tax havens for our big fish. Since it is a grantor trust we keep control of it. We keep them offshore so they stay hidden. Then when the player fullfils his end of the deal, we convert the trust to a non-grantor irrevocable trust and the player collects and takes over control of the dollar bills.
Keep it quiet though.

If I paid Cam Newton $180,000, it'd be in the form of a trust where he couldn't touch the money for ten years.
