Here is the thing with that, the system is most effective with a certain type of qb. Since qbs like Manziel don't grow on trees. Once manziel is gone and there is no one to take his place that is equal to his physical capabilities, and there won't be, then A&M will be back to there usual selves.

It was pretty effective at UH.

Are you suggesting Keenum and Manziel are similar players?

And I'm not sure what "usual selves" means. Sumlin's system, approach, and recruiting are different than what A&M has "usually" been (funny, I'd wager your context for "usual" is limited to 2002-2011).

Kyler Murray will a HS junior this year and is the next JFF. Not worried about replacing the replaceable.
