No hating allowed on this thread.

I use audio books to aid in falling asleep.

Reedus, I am also looking forward to Lady Tiger softball.

Softball should be fun. A lot more fun than baseball anyway. When we announced our move, I said then that I expected baseball to have the roughest adjustment. I'm afraid we may have a long road there.

Softball though - we should be in good shape. Alabama and LSU are awesome teams, and it'll be fun playing them.

Many of our new opponents have weather on their side for tennis, golf, baseball and softball. I agree that baseball will be the biggest challenge.

50 members and 982 Lurkers are sleepless in SECrant!

Edit:
Lost 1 member and 182 lurkers since my previous count. Losing me right now!

Seems like to me that there is way too much sausage in here to meet the original requirements.

I guess I would be included in that though.

You're right about that. Hurts not just the team but the fan support. Baseball will have it's struggles surely but I'm excited to see how they transition too. I don't know how many follow it, but they got a young pitcher coming in that was drafted in the 2nd round last year out of high school by the Phillies. A big right handed pitcher. Obviously, many were happily surprised he didn't sign with the Phillies. Excited to see how he contributes this year.

I'm not sure about the rest of the state, but I know baseball in St. Louis has been changing. It is becoming a year round sport now where it never really was before. Obviously, most of the winter work consists of training inside but now, once the summer season is over in August, teams play in the fall (not that unusual) but once the fall is over in October, training is starting in November. Hopefully that shows in the level of players coming out of high school in-state and hopefully some of those players remain true sons.

Sausage is an integral part of a balanced diet.

Only 2 of us that openly admit it. Took me six months to come out of the closet.

That sausage is a healthy part of a balanced diet? Oh, I agree completely! Had some last night!

I made red beans & rice with sausage for dinner! Get your mind out of the gutter!

It took me a while to come clean myself - ladies aren't always treated nicely on the rant. I didn't know there were more Lady Tigers than Bogie and myself though. Seeek is an LT too? Awesome!!!
