I'm a Ravens fan. Jim Harbaugh isn't even the best head coach in his own family.

One major, often overlooked, flaw is that Saban wasn't mature enough to manage the egos of players who were on salary.

JH has that maturity. He has the respect and admiration of his players without acting like a POS.
