They throw modern medicine out the window in "starkvegas", apparently. He torched them with a bad shoulder, got it repaired and will now be much worse. You have to love the logic...

He'll be feeding Moncrief and Treadwell in Starkville all day long. And if you try doubling them up, he'll just find Sanders across the middle.
