Alabama is not the only team out there who claims undefeated Rose Bowl seasons, nor are they the only team out there who claims national championships for seasons pre-poll era.

Oh I know. I just wish the greatest SEC program of all time didnt claim those titles. Also , Bama's 23 SEC titles are far more impressive than their NC.

Look at the newspapers from the time. They say the games were played for the national championship.
