Fond memories of taunting my dad after Bama got beat by ND

1976, I was 9. ND beat Bama for the 3rd time in 4 years. I got in my dad's face and let him know what was what. He tried to push me away but he was drunk as hell and almost fell over. Then he puked in the hall because he couldn't make it to the bathroom in time. Ah, childhood.

Tony Galbreath and Mizzou beating Bama was golden too but the best was the Iron Bowl (1983?) when Bama thought they'd stopped Auburn at the end of the game, only to have a late PI penalty thrown. Oh man, that was awesome, watching his laughter turn to indescribable anger.
Some people look up to their dads as a figure to be emulated. Others become Auburn fans as kids just to spite the old man. (then I went to UK).
