Still 10k training. Calisthenics 3 days a week and upper body two days a week. No leg days since I'm running so much.
Diet is going much bettee. No more cheat days or meals for me.

What 10k you training for?
I'll be running in the toad suck 10k and then gonna do a tough mudder in Oklahoma after that
