We may not win one but this is way off in terms of the reason. If you think there is a staff that couldn't have won a championship with McFadden, Jones, and Hillis, then you really don't know much about football.
I would also say the 1999 and 2010 clubs were championship caliber teams capable of beating anyone but it just didn't work out. There's only 3 teams in the entire conference not capable of putting together a championship team.

Those three never even won a bowl game between them over their entire career. Sounds llike you needed a better supporting cast, not a better coach.
