You can't develop Driskel. He's flat out terrible. I've never seen a slower throwing motion. It might just be perception, Tebow's release looks like Manning's in comparison to Driskel.

I'll take "whos the back up qb for 500 dollars" and that'd be Jacoby Brissett at UF.
