players who see little to no PT who will be rising upper classmen (juniors or seniors) who may give up football or transfer out. We could see some attrition as well from underclassmen who obviously are not SEC material for whatever reason.

Post season as in post regular season and we have a few weeks of "down time"

I'll be curious about the following:

Phillip Ely
William Ming
Jonathan Atchinson
Tana Patrick

These are just a few of the guys that might not wanna hang around. Atchinson and Patrick have ONLY played in mop-up duty and they seem to be behind the younger guys. I've never seen Ming play although he probably has gotten a few snaps

Ely might leave if he can't beat out Sims this year, JMO.

I could see Ming finishing up after the NC, though he does have experience at every position in the front 7.

I would have bet my left nut that these two would be STUDS.

I thought the same. I thought with Atchinson being lighter we might've used his speed.

He has not played a snap that I am aware of..should be a RS Junior.

If CJ leaves, maybe. But other than that no LB spots will be open for Tana to take. And even if CJ does leave, Reggie Ragland will probably be coming on hard for CJ's job.

On the field, I think the last notable time I saw him was '10 playing ILB against Georgia State.

Not ragging on him, but his role is pretty much defined as a depth player. He has been moved to every front 7 position and hasn't really contributed at any to this point. He's a really smart guy and I'd just as assume a great person, but he just got passed over.

Didn't we almost miss on Tana Patrick too (to Auburn I think)? Seems like Bama was pumped about his potential. Funny how things work. He came in with Nico Johnson.
