I figure its hard to finance bowl tickets when the alumni delivers pizza for a living.

Blame the fans all you want but the truth is that the Capital One Bowl is a shite game at a shite stadium. Slice it up however you want but every year single year fans bitch and moan about having to watch a game in that piss poor excuse for a stadium. Hell we are only 1 state away from the game and I honestly can say that you could not pay me to attend this bullshite excuse for a bowl game. There are way too many games on Jan 1 that will be 10x better to watch from rhe comfort of my own living room.

And yes I still am butthurt about getting rawdogged by the long shaft of the BCS

I went to the Outback last year just cuz I've never seen a game at Raymond James and one of my buddies has family from Tampa so he knew all the spots to check out. Pretty cool stadium but I was disappointed that they didn't use the cannon on the ship after TDs. I am def interested in watching the Coons play a game there. However the 11am kickoff was fricking miserable, football should never be played before 1pm NEVER!!!

Outback and Cotton Bowls stopped the AM kickoffs a few years ago. I am 150% positive that the bowl game last year kicked at 1pm.

I agree about morning football games. They just suck. Oklahoma and Texas play their biggest game of the season every year at 11am. That would be like us playing Florida at 11am every year....frick that

A lot of Husker fans do not feel like spending the cash on going to Orlando for the second time in two years. Plus lets face it you guys will probably lay a arse kicking on us. I will say this had we showed up vs Wisconsin and got a spot in the rose bowl wed easily have 40K show up

You are correct about the 1pm kickoff time for the Outback, must have had a little more fun on New Years Eve than I recall because I remember having to funnel and shotgun like a madman about 20 mins before kickoff

Nebraska, Oklahoma, or Texas would be awesome. Those are road trips I would absolutely make.

Cut them some slack. Driving is an option for GA fans. Nebraska, not so much.

Yeah, I was thinking about going becuase its cheap and ony a 4 hour drive for me, but Im still pissed for not getting in the NC. This was our shot. However, this bowl is actually better than 2 of the BCS bowls, so we aren't the only ones disappointed.

At least the Disney Dawgs have the home field advantage in Orlando.
