While some of our posters have gone full retard, I'll agree with this too. The Rant and the SEC seems to be a little miffed that we didn't play into their narrative of "A&M is going to be the whipping-boy of the SEC". They act like we've violated some rules of decorum for refusing to be Kentucky in our first year.

We kinda did, though.
As evidenced by how quickly the narrative switched in the offseason to "well, y'all still didn't win a title/go to ATL/didn't finish higher than 3rd in the West." Those were hardly goals coming into the season, yet now it's supposedly zinger smack. It's funny, is all, after the preseason babble around here last year.
