It's not personal. It was business. Million dollar decisions. Opportunities to be a head coach at a place like Bama OR LSU aren't common.

Yeah, there may have been other jobs open, but why would a man choose to go somewhere that makes winning MORE difficult? To keep certain LSU fans from having the world's largest case of sour grapes?

Put yourself in the man's shoes. You get offered MILLIONS to coach at a -premier- college... and you KNOW it's the best option for your life and career... what circumstances to you turn that offer down?

It's a free country and he can obviously do what he wants, but don't all indignant when LSU fans react the way they do and don't want you back for anniversaries of the 01 or 03 teams and generally don't want you around the program in any way later in life.
