Or it just takes Tennessee getting one coaching change right. However, that would require the big donors and the administration working together to do what's best for the program. I seriously doubt that's going to happen at Tennessee.

People saying Tennessee is failing in recruiting is BS. Within the last 5 years we have pulled in top 10/15 classes with a complete doofus and major coaching turnover. All of our stars on this team are from across the country (Bray, Hunter, CP, James, etc.).
A good coach will be able to recruit here. I don't know if Butch Jones is that guy. He could be, who knows.
