I will probably hold my nose and pull for Bama to bring the 7th. straight BCS Championship to the SEC.
Knowing LSU was part of that run is enough for me to pull for the Crimson Tide against the Irish.

They do not join a conference because they realize they'd be second fiddle in practically any conference they might be invited to join. Even in the sorry assed B1G they'd be the third or fourth best team year in and year out.
