Will not bring a culture change? That's comforting

I may be proved wrong but Gus does not seem line a disciplinarian...

I really hope I am wrong about him but I believe the kids will run all over him. He will need some strong willed assistants,

Culture in an organization always goes from the top down. It's not just words or a collection of rules and mission statements. It's actions, deeds, and leadership. Culture does not eminate from the offensive coordinator. It comes from the CEO.

Any and all blame for a divisive culture at Auburn with its football team have to be laid at the feet of Eugene Chizik. One could also lay such blame with JJ as well.
