Meh just looked at his recruiting classes on 247 and most he has signed in a year is 6 from tex. Majority of his classes are Cali based. Lets say he has a small imprint in Texas.

FWIW the only AQ school he beat for a recruit out of texas was KState for 1 player.

Which is pretty decent IMO. To get 6 kids from Texas to go to Boise fricking Idaho isn't easy.

He'd recruit Texas just fine at Arkansas, but it won't be him anyways.

Boise State is still a mid major. Knowing highschool coaches is the important part of having recruiting ties.
