Thats exactly how I see it playing out in the end. Having 2 8 team divisions just doesn't allow for enough rotation. Not playing UGA and USCe but once every 12 years isn't going to cut it

It will be 4 divisions of 4 teams.

I don't think the Gumps would have a problem with that.
