I agree, Trey. I don't like when commissioners decide to ignore the actual rules on on-the-field play, and interpret things his own way and punish players. But that's within his power.
I also hate the way the NCAA punishes programs for things completely unrelated to football, according to their own sense of ethics and politics. The NCAA should govern athletics - no more, no less.
