That is nowhere close to my point.

You said previously having Devall or whatever other player at ILB would keep Ragland off the field like it was some travesty. If that were the case, he'd be playing good snaps right now.

Instead, he rides the pine. So there is absolutely nothing that leads me to believe putting someone else there is "just keeping Ragland off of the field". It's keeping him off, but he hasn't done anything to show he deserves to be on it yet.
