What was the question that had him irritated? The one he refused to answer?
I didn't hear the question.

Chuck Oliver has a radio show here in Atlanta was just looking to stir up shite.
Edit: Added transcript and link.
Questioner: “There are some people whether it’s fans, media, or whomever else that will maybe want to make further conclusions about you or your quarterback, specifically, in big games. Would you have any response to those people.”
Richt: “I don’t know what you’re saying. Why don’t you just say it straight up what you’re trying to say?”
Questioner: “People will say that you and Aaron Murray specifically come up short on the biggest stage against the biggest opponents.”
Richt: “Is that what you’re saying or everybody else — if that’s what you’re saying — are you saying that?
Questioner: “No, I’m saying I hear that every day —”
Richt then cut off the person asking the questions to offer his response.
“Well, that’s for you to worry about then. If that’s what you say, then I’ll answer the question. If you think other people are saying that, I’m not worried about that.”
Clay Travis also reports that Richt went behind the curtain, slammed down a can of soda, then returned to his press conference.

It was a legit question.

No it wasn't. "Well, I'm not saying this, but..."

and I bet he said gosh dangit a few times. What a pussy and that is why he will never win the big one. Saban would have mother frickered him. Like Saban or not he is a winner and he puts up with zero bullshite.

Richt was a jerk for not answering the question. It was a legit question about his and Murray's record in big games. If Saban answered that question like that the LSU poster would be livid.

Did you see the video or just read the transcript?

A jerk? Oliver was chicken shite for not owning the accusation and passing it off on others.

No...it wasn't a legit question at all. Murray and the Georgia Bulldogs played a tremendous game that went right down to the wire. Had it been another 35-7 blowout loss like the SC game earlier in the year, he might have had a point. But that question was totally inappropriate as they were four yards and a tipped ball away from winning the football game.

Coach Sumlin gets those type of idiot questions from the sip reporter from the "arse" (Austin Soviet Statesman). He usually blows her off.

Richt knows he blew it. If he would have had his head in the game, the QB would have spiked it-he wasn't going to need 4 downs because with 15 seconds, you may get 2 chances. Spike the ball-you have 25 seconds to get everyone on the same page for 2 plays to the endzone. It could be a whole different conversation!!

So you're saying the question is still valid?
The question was why can't Richt and Murray WIN the big games? Not come four yards and a tipped ball away from winning it.

Look, we get it. You hate UGA.
Asking that question in that manner at that time was chicken shite and inflammatory. If it was asked at another time, it's not as big a deal.

They basically called him a loser. Which is crazy. The man bust his tail everyday and he gets no respect. It's a shame. He is the Tim Tebow of coaching. Once he goes pro, the devil is in the details. Richt is still a good man and a fine coach. However, he isn't a (National)champion.

hmmnnnn, i'll bet you would like to do that to saban right? Or would you like saban to do it to you?
