Wow you just don't get it. Regardless if the city makes money of you or not it doesn't give you the right to act like a douche in public. There has to e consequences for your actions especially when the teabagger is a grown arse man and not a juvenile.

I guess that's the real divide here. Some people see it as a sophomoric prank. Others see it as sexual assault.
In my eyes and the eyes of the law, a grown man rubbing his genitals on an unsuspecting teenager is sexual assault.
