If Georgia beats Bama and goes to win the national championship, it'll hurt their chances of winning recruiting battles in Georgia which has historically played a very important role in their success. If Bama beats Georgia and wins the NC, their long-standing rival will win their third national championship in four years. It's really a lose-lose proposition for them.

They're not winning recruiting battles in Ga right now anyway so I would think that they would just cheer against Bama. Could be wrong though

Something tel me TN Auburn and KY don't care either way. I am sure their fans are worried about the coaching search.

The GA Dome to implode. Serously. It will vastly improve the Southern gene pool.

I'm rooting for Georgia they come in at 3rd on my list of hated teams as opposes to Alabama's 1st place on that list. I dont buy into this whole recruiting angle personally.

When Tennessee was winning big in the '90s, they recruited Georgia heavily and UGA was down. When UGA started to get good again, Tennessee started to decline. I don't see Tennessee ever being a top-notch team in the SEC with Georgia being an elite program.
