If ND goes down and Florida does beat FL State then FL will be in Miami. I don't see Oregon jumping Florida especially if Florida puts a major arse whipping on State.

However if Florida goes down then they'd have 2 losses. You'd still have 2 SEC teams ahead of Florida. LSU and SEC champ. Maybe 3 or 4 SEC teams ahead of FL.

Nope. Oregon will get the bid. By virtue of winning the Pac 12 Championship game, they will jump Florida (as they should).
