I don't think that's happened in a long time. Police only used to allow rolling of the traffic signal poles, etc., at the corner because drunk kids would sometimes set the paper on fire.

wonder, if the trees had been burnt down, would Updyke be acquitted from his trial, from lack of physical evidence? ;P
