How hard a ticket would Nebraska - Notre Dame Rose Bowl be?

well they'd have 2 picks in a row so they get whatever matchup they want. If Oregon, SEC#2, Oklahoma are all available, I'm almost sure they'd match up Oregon and SEC#2.
