Maybe, maybe not. Fulmer got lazy. Simple as that. And the fact that he needed David Cutcliffe got completely exposed to everybody.

The fact of the matter is that -- without the benefit of hindsight -- Kiffin was a good hire and was quickly putting the program in a better place than it was under Fulmer. Kiffin leaving put us in a bad spot, but his departure wasn't reasonably foreseeable. So you really can't question the Fulmer firing. It was the correct move.
