I believe firmly that Dooley should get one more year. He inherited a terrible mess from "that guy with the hot wife" but look at the improvement in the OL, the running game, and the special teams. The only complaint i have is that hiring Sal Sunseri I don't think that was the best move. Our defense is crap. If we hire a new coach it is another new system to learn. and in 3 years if that coach hasn't lived up to expectations we will want him gone. One more year and if it doesn't improve cut him loose.

It's like a portion of our fanbase has forgotten that winning games is all that matters.

That will never, ever happen with the total failure of a coach we currently employ.

He's running a complicated system that he doesn't have the players for. Give Sal a chance with the right players and another year to put the system into the heads of your players and then see if you still want him gone.

Making the swap to the 3/4 was a mistake. Sal knows the system but you guys flat out don't have the personality to run it. I know Sal is a good coach but can't speak for him as a coordinator. The 3/4 was a bad choice though.
