Saban allowed the players to take spray which is just like HGH before NCG Players went to hotel party by the owner of S.W.A.T And Ray Lewis too. This is banned by the NCAA

Let's see, first off the same guy admits to giving his products to players from teams all over the SEC including UGA, AU, and LSU.

Secondly his product is a joke. The banned ingredient doesn't hold under packaging. It becomes inert. It also cannot be actively absorbed through digestion. It will only work by being injected into the bloodstream.

Nice try though.
It sort of mystifies men that I see all these pre season polls that either don't include the Bayou Bengals or have them ranked low enough to be considered somewhat incidental.

Despite all the defections it's clear with the way they've recruited and with the talent coming in to the current clasos that though they may be young at spots they should be hell on wheels by the end of the season meaning as long as they don't step OOn their dicks to bad early on, they should be battling for a shot in Atlanta just like always come seasons end.

Not saying Bama won't knock their dicks in the dirt. This may be our best overall team under Saban yet. Also not claiming that Johhny Football and company won't be able to get some revenge against the Aggies though it will be interesting to see how A&M reacts to being the hunted, instead of just playing the role of the hunter

Should make for an interesting season of battle in the SECWEST.

I still think LSU and UF are both likely just one good needs based class away from being involved in a title game. I'm not sure UGA ever pulls it off with Richt driving the bus.

Who knows, maybe Pope Richt can prove me wrong.

I feel like I have to go for Bama now. I've been tired of the cockiness of Bama fans both in real life and on the board and have been pulling for the Irish for a few weeks. But now the SEC has been embarrassed by UF and LSU's performance so I still want a little SEC ammo when my FSU or Texas friends start to argue. RTR

I kind of enjoy the part where people hate us. Matter of fact I've found that when opposing fans no longer hate your team or it's fan base it's usually because your team has become irrelevant.

So please root for the Irish and go right on hating. :doublebird: :doublebird:

To be honest I agree but I can say the same about Saban. Your studs were killing our d and he kept throwing the ball.

That wouldn't have happened last year. I think this years struggles have boiled down to Nussmeier trying to figure out a way to merge our personnel and traditional offensive identity under Saban with the things he likes to do. It's definitely led to things being discombobulated at times this season.

It's also the last thing we need to have pop up on the 7th
I'm kind of worrying about the PAC 10 crew that will be officiating the National Title game. Bowl games I've seen them do before they seem to enjoy becoming a part of the game by throwing a flag or two every other snap.

I think we had a big 12 crew last year and I thought they did a great job of just letting the two teams play football

Sometimes the simple answer is the right one, but going stupid happens to everyone sometimes. See Alabama (averaging over 6 ypc for the game) 1st and goal against aTm with under 2 minutes to go and suddenly turning into a spread team.

Didn't yall lose to Utah in a bowl game?

Yep we lost to an undefeated Utah team . Andre Smith and JPW were the only senior leaders on that years squad and losing Smith to a rules violation crippled our running game.

The majority of the talent on that years team came from the 08' signing class. After losing the SEC title game to eventual National Title winner Florida they lacked the leadership and maturity, despite multiple warnings from Saban and staff, that they'd better take the Ute's seriously if they planned to beat them.

So your comparison is lame. We were never in our game despite the warnings of our staff. You guys had never trailed in yours until Miles decided to sit on his redhot freshman tailback and instead ride the arm of his qb's anemic passing attack at a point in the game where all he needed was 1 or 2 first downs to cinch a victory.

Well put. But why does no one talk about the fact that he has had brain surgery. Just sayin. Guy had a chunk of his brain removed, had a brain cyst a few years back. I think it has something to do with times like these. Something up there is not right. ....and I am one of his biggest fans.

I'm a fan of Miles as well. I think he's great for college football. I wasn't aware about his health issues but that would explain the large part of his issues.
The answer behind that's as plain as the nose on your face, your team is one of only two that played tonight so I would think even your coonassed small mind should be able to grasp the simple concept that rival fans would watch and comment on it.
It's embarrassing seeing a top level SECteam lose to a middling ACC squad.

Les fort the most part is a good quality coach and he has the best public personality a coach can have. He represents your program well.

Having said all that he seems to have these complete brain farts at times. Surely that has to drive you Tiger fans insane.
(like he wasn't actually running things the year cam was there)

Now strong rumors are they will keep Trooper , please God let it be true, and the sweetest news of all is the possibility of Ellis Johnson becoming their DC.. Please dear Lord throw us all a bone here

MORON I didn't say anything about you wining or losing the SECC. The valid point I made is BAMA gets the easiest schedule in the conference. You should go to the SECC every year! You play one really good team every year LSU and you're 3-4 against us.

Somebody get baby Huey his pacifier. :wah:
We've all heard countless times how special a place Auburn University is. How they as a school won't sell out their principles, their creed, to win football games

There are many outsiders who've always cried bullshite at these notions. I mean come on, this is a school that's fired it's last 3 coaches just a short time after they've produced an undefeated seaon onlly to prove themselves unable to maintain that level of play.

Winning obviously means something to the Tigers faithful and judging from their actions I'd say quite a bit.

The ultimate proof will come if they hire Bobby Petrino to replace the newly departed Gene Chizik. The hypocrisy involved in spouting that creed with one breath only to turn around and hire a snake like Petrino with the next would be of Biblical proportions.

At that point AU would have officially joined that group of teams their cultish followers seem to have the most disdain for, they will have pubically and formally joined the "win at all cost" teams.

I say publically and formally because they're actually one of it's founding members. Their fanbase have just deluded themselves into believing otherwise.

Congrats.
Which all pretty much means squat.

This game will be about matchups. The two teams match up pretty well. I think a couple of key ones go in our favor but when you get right down to it on gameday things could go either way.

re: Who says Bama beats GA?

I think it will bea tight game butido like the matchup better than I did against A&M. UGA is very talented on d butnot as physical as LSU.

I expect them to try and spread us out, run the ball and try and take advantage of mismatches in the secondary.

I believe we can run the ball on them even if they crowd the LOS. I think we'll look to slow the pace of the game down and hope to hit a few big plays off screens (should work well against the dawgs d, I believe), crossing patterns and play action.

Nothing flashy but it's worked for us most of the year.

re: in the SEC...who would Notre Dame beat?

On a neutral field the entire upper half of the league.

re: Bama, we need your curse....

We're worried about the canines right now. If we're fortunate enough to win the SEC I think we could curbstomp ND.
No disrespect intended to Auburn or it's fans but play action and the crossing routes were there the entire game because the Tigers front 7 had no hope of stopping the run.

I've never seen a Tiger team that bad in my 46 years on earth. It was a good news, bad news type deal for the tigers today.

The good news: They got beat by their most hated rival 49-0 but their players didnt't quit.

The bad news: Bama wore them out 49-0 and their players were actually trying.

In all seriousness though it isn't healthy for the SEC to have one of it's traditionalyy better teams be this bad. I hope you guys find a good coach, he signs a strong staff, you have a good signing class, and Auburn once again becomes a top 25 type team.

Of course I still hope we stomp your asses again next season.
