Even though SC is in our division, I had a ton of respect for ML. I felt bad after last year, because that wasnt good either but this injury was horrendous. Hope nothing but the best for the guy, really respect the hell out of him. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconcheers.gif)

I missed the game, but saw a YouTube clip of the injury...I wish I hadn't. Absolutely terrible.
It's the kind of injury that makes you tear up, even as an opposing fan. Especially after what he went through last year.
The first time I saw him was his senior year at Byrnes when they played a local team here in GA. (North Gwinnett). You just knew he was going to be special. He always got 3-4 yards after contact and he NEVER went backwards. A true SEC-caliber running back.
