I tried to post this on the aggie board but it wouldn't let me. Makes sense I just haven't been on TD in awhile. Anyways best of luck an I'm glad you're in the SEC.

I am very impressed how you guys have played this season. I wish you would have hung another 50 on the hogs but other than that Florida is playing great this year and Lsu pulls games out of their asses all the time do try not to get too down on your team.

Good luck in the future, I have a feeling I'll hate Johnny next season.

Is aTm going to keep that same offense next season?

Are y'all going to keep Mett?

I guess they will. But it was a serious question about aTm offense. Does it change next season? same scheme? doesn't work well against top SEC defenses.

I think Sumlin is going to realize that you have to be more effective running the ball if he ever wants to win a championship in this conference.

If you look at the second halves of the Florida and LSU games, it was almost identical playcalling. Completely abandoned the running game that was helping our young QB not do too much.

Either we adapt or we will continue to lose games against the big boys.

I think having Brandon Williams and Tra Carson eligible to play will help tremendously next year.

We'll be able to go from main back (B. Williams) to scat back (T. Williams) to mid-back (Malena) to big back/fullback (Carson) and maybe throw White in there if he's ready.

Having only 3 running backs on the roster sucks.

OK I was just curious. Not trolling you guys. Seems to me aTm will have to at least go to a more balanced run/pass game against SEC defenses.... especially SEC west defenses.

That offense, led by a freshmen, moved the ball better against LSU than anyone else they've played this year.

I agree but (just my opinion) it won't win aTm the SEC West Division anytime soon.

I chalk it up to Sumlin tailoring the offense to fit the personnel. We don't have an "every down back" eligible this year. Brandon Williams is by far the best running back on our roster and he isn't eligible. Tra Carson is a bruiser (6'1 240) but he isn't eligible.

Malena is a nice back, but he's not going to move the pile forward like Carson will.

You so mad.

Chavis figured out A&M's offense in one quarter. A&M didn't do shite after that.

That doesn't bode well for next season in Tiger Stadium now that LSU knows exactly what's coming.

I suspect aTm will make changes once they get up to SEC depth and speed. Just assuming that because of all the recruiting territory they have.

Clearly, because things can't improve or get tweaked in 13 months.

I agree. The RBs we have coming in next year is going to make this a very deep unit.
Tra Carson is the exact type of back we need in this offense to complement guys like Trey and Ben.
Brandon Williams is scary talented as well.

BUT, none of that matters if we don't get them the ball. KK has Shermanitis at times where he gets so caught up in the passing game, he forgets he hasn't run it the last 10 plays.

LSU in the second half was daring us to run up the middle in the second half with only 5-6 men in the box. I don't know if he needs to be in the booth, but you have to adjust to the defense.

Let's see. Derrick Griffin (if he qualifies), RSJ (A&M offense or LSU?), Mike Evans. All ~6'5 receivers. Our talent will improve on offense and Johnny just played his seventh college football game. We will improve.
