Gators - 20 Naggies - 17
Gators - 14 LSU - 6

Seems to me that the Naggies gave the Gators a better game than LSU did, and LSU had 3 more weeks to see what the Gators could do.

The Gators scored with 5:15 left in the third quarter to go up 7-6 on LSU at the swamp. Meaning LSU held Florida scoreless for 40 minutes of a 60 minute game at the swamp, while Florida out possesed LSU 37:24-22:36. Im sorry but the Florida win over LSU wasn't very sound. LSU was in control for the majority of the game. If they had any offense whatsoever, it wouldn't have even been a game. Please stop trying to use comparisons between Florida's wins over LSU and Texas A&M as logic to determine which team is better.

Lou Holtz seems to think so...he picked A&M to win and he is 28-7 on his picks this year.......Mark May picked the swamp kitties...he is 18-17 on his picks for the year.

Sound reasoning...... we all know Lou Holtz and Mark May's opinions are very important

A lot has changed since the Florida game. At the time, JFF just looked at his first read then took off. It is a different QB right now that has learnt to stay in the pocked and go through his progressions. He'll still run if nothing is open, but I don't expect miracles doing so vs the LSU front. So yes, 2nd half adjustments shut him off vs Florida, but JFF has now much more experience. And I think it will be the key to the game; if JFF can make the throws on 1st and 2nd down and stay in the pocket, it could open up some run game. Remember the A&M's OL is one of the best in the nation.

A&M's defense is still suspicious, yet it had some success against the run. Is that enough to limit LSU to less than 20 points ? The key here lays on third downs and long. Can LSU pass when it will need to ?

I sincerely don't know who will win, it is probably 60-40 LSU right now. But these are much better odds for A&M than I anticipated at the beginning of the season. Will be a great game to watch anyways, love the SEC!

So, what happened? I'll tell you. Your sissy boys got wore out by a tougher team. That's what happened. Let's face the truth. That big, bad LSU team that you think you have is just not up to what most of you expect, and if the LSU masses are counting out aTm in this game, they are making a big mistake. I do expect LSU to win, but I'm going to rag some Tiger asses if they don't.
