Stallings definitely had the deck stacked against him at A&M. A&M was still All Male when he was hired and mostly Corps. No scholarship limits had A&M playing with half the players of their competition all too often. He wasn't loved though.

Now he is seen for the man that he became more than anything. He has the Junction/Bear connection and has always been a good Aggie. Certainly he was a lead voice in helping us to go to the SEC as well. Class man and his son was also an incredible person.

Kind of like Spurrier I guess, except in reverse. Spurrier said something this past Monday at his press conference about always being a Gator ... and will someday again be a Gator, but he and his family are all Gamecocks right now.

I guess Stallings was in a similar position between Bama and A&M except Stallings did not have to play A&M every year.

It'll be interesting to see what colors Stallings wears when Bama and A&M meet.

Stallings has already said he would be pulling for the Aggies. He's said it many times on the radio. Of course, he love Alabama, but he's an Aggie through and through.

That said, I doubt he wears any colors.

A&M colors, no doubt in my mind.
