Lattimore probably isn't going to start though. Kenny Miles will see a higher share of carries. I'm wondering if Mike Davis will see some meaningful playing time also.

Having Lattimore available is key in the red zone.

Miles and Davis ... they'll both get their chances. And if they can't get'er done then we'll see Lattie. I'm actually thinking Davis may surprise some people in this game. He's faster, plenty physical up the middle and plenty quick. I can imagine him having a break-out game against the Gators. Miles could as well. I'm not too worried about RB right now. More concerned with Quarles having to sit this one out - although that is not a sure thing yet, is it?

Quarles has a sprained shoulder and would have sat regardless of the suspension. He was only "suspended" because they knew he wouldn't go anyway. Maybe he will think twice next time before spraining his shoulder punching a guy in the face mask.

I read that Quarles didn't travel with the team. He is hurt, but I think he is officially suspended for the game.

I know Mike Davis has only touched the ball in garbage time, but he has looked really good when he has had the chance. I think he was a Florida commit before switching to Carolina as well, which sort of thickens the plot.

I'd just like to see more players get involved in our offense.
