Xavier Rhodes not even mentioned...no wonder people outside the SEC don't respect the opinions of our fans at times.
Probably the only guy that is in the conversation with Milliner this year...Banks is good, but he is tier 2 like most of MSU players.

You didn't know? Banks is the best DB in college football by a long shot. In a long, long time too.

He's definitely a top 4 CB, but the battle for top two belongs to Milliner and Banks, and Milliner just proved last night he's number one.
