81-19.
Thanks coach, hope you stay for another 100.
100th game was SCar past Saturday
In 7 years
3 ATL invites
2 CC's
2 NC invites
1 NC
5-2 bowls
5 11 or more win seasons
3rd highest winning % in CFB 2005-2011

nb4:TR board...it's a milestone many coaches in this league don't make...how many are getting fired this year?

I would reference this as evidence. Just making it 5 or 6 years is an accomplishment in itself.

Pretty damn impressive, although if you take out last year and the NC run in 07 its not nearly as impressive (still good though)

I don't know what to say. Let me update OP with 'possible 6 11 or more win seasons in 8 years'.

Not many coaches take over talent like that. Most replacements have to rebuild like Saban and Petrino. Saban was the easy favorite for the title with the team he left. He has done amazing at keeping it up though. Miles is a good fit there.

SEC does eat coaches.

If I were a young, up and coming HC who had options I would avoid the SEC because its just too competitive.

Just saying there are facts about Les (such as this record) and specific instances where you think he might be a genius. And there are those moments that really make you wonder.

He is unique.

Muschamp looks like a go...Dooley looks like he is about to be swallowed up.

put miles at Bama and he'll go 19-81

LSU is the only place that he'll succeed

avg coach with fertile recruiting grounds

He'll be missed by the whole league when he retires...much like Spurrier and Saban.
