Threads like this expose those who are in favor of the pussification of the game

grabbing someone and slamming him on his head over your head isn't pussification, it is keeping someone from getting paralyzed or killed. I personally think that the kicker is fair game and so is the quarterback as long as the whistle isn't blown. I am all for letting the kids play, but this kid could have seriously been injured and I don't want that. Clean is clean and dirty is dirty. Fairley did nothing close to this and he was destroyed and targeted by every team and their fans as being the "dirtiest" but Bama is trying to defend this.

T Bell for Auburn did exactly this in 2010 and no one cared. He even caused a concussion when he did it.

Um...Reuben Foster did this in the game vs. Carver

Foster with the German Suplex

And it was cheered by Auburn fans (myself included).

It is what it is. Players gonna make plays, they're gonna be dangerous. All the good ones get labeled "dirty" at one point or another most times.
